The ancient Mayan (before the 16th century) predict:

The Feathered Snake find his way back in Katun 4, which goes from 1993 until 2012, and return to Earth to announce the start of the New Era.

For a mechanical Gregorian Calendar with Time Frequency 12.60 (Time is Money). Whereupon the World trade market is adjusted now (greenwish time) and therefore all laws and monetary transactions are standardized upon also. You should scratch your head and may wonder: is this perhaps why we ended up in these devilish Times?
